Mushroom Blue Cheese Pizza

Nothing like pizza on a rainy summer Friday.  Easy, delicious, and perfect for staying in with a glass of wine and some QT with netflix!  Is it 5pm yet? ;)

What's in the fridge:
Pre-made whole wheat pizza dough
2 TBSP of corn meal
2 spoonfuls spaghetti sauce
5 slices of ham
Sliced tomatoes
Sliced mini portabella mushrooms
Blue cheese

Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 with pizza stone in oven
- Roll out pizza dough.  If it gets too sticky just add a little flour, or put it back in the fridge for a few minutes to correct the temperature.
- Once oven is pre-heated, sprinkle the now hot pizza stone lightly with cornmeal and put dough on the pizza stone.  Prick dough with a fork and cook in oven for 10 minutes.

 - Assemble the pizza!  First the sauce...

Sauce
It will seem like only a little sauce but resist the urge to add more so it doesn't get soggy later on.

Then add: ham, tomatoes, mushrooms, blue cheese... In that order.

Turn up the oven to 400 and cook pizza for 20-25 minutes.

Let cool for a few minutes then slice and serve!

Bon appétit!
