Artichoke & Tomato Hummus

It doesn't get healthier (or easier) than this!

What's in the fridge:
- 1 can garbanzo beans (drained)
- 1 can artichoke hearts (drained)
- 1 tomato
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 heaping spoonfuls tahini
- 1.5 TBSP lemon juice

Ingredients 
 Directions:
- Put all ingredients in the food processor in above order

 - Cover and press Pulse.

Told you it was easy!
 - Serve with your favorite vegetable for a healthy snack
