Spinach sausage pasta with white sauce

I made Giada's butternut squash lasagna recipe last week.  Delicious and a great apres-ski meal, but it left me with some left over white sauce.  Waste-not want-not :)

What's in the fridge:
- 1/2 box pasta shells
- 2 chicken sun dried tomato sausages
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 package frozen spinach
- 1/2 cup white sauce (can substitute sour cream)

Directions:
- Cook pasta according to box directions
- Meanwhile, cut chicken sausage into 1/2 inch slices and brown on both sides in skillet (5-7 minutes on med-high)

Browning chicken sausage
 - Turn heat down to low and add milk and frozen spinach.  Then add white sauce (or sour cream).  Stir periodically for about 5-7 minutes, breaking up spinach.  This will become your pasta sauce

Pasta Sauce
- Drain pasta and add to skillet.  Stir until pasta is coated with sauce.

Pasta ready to plate
 - Plate and serve, top with shredded cheese

Bon Appetit!
