Greek Quiche

Quiche is like pasta: you can add anything you like to it and it's bound to be delicious.  For this quiche, made for my newest family member's parents, Sarah & Evan, I had some feta and sun-dried tomatoes so it took on a Greek flair.  Perfect for little baby Olive!

What's in the fridge:
4 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 frozen pie crust
1 cup crumbled feta
10-15 medium sized sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste

- Preheat the oven to 375
- Whisk together the eggs and milk and salt & pepper to taste

- Mix together eggs mixture, feta and sun-dried tomatoes
- Pour into frozen pie crust

Quiche before the oven
 - Cook quiche for 35 minutes then let cool before serving
