Ridiculously easy, will make your house smell heavenly, and you'll get to use up all those apples from this fall's apple picking trip.... or the stockpile for your winter hikes ;)
What's in the fridge:
- 8 McIntosh apples
- 1/3 cup water
- 3/4 TBSP cinnamon
- 1/2 TBSP vanilla extract
Recipe:
- Peel and core the apples then cut into small cubes

- Turn heat on to med-low and mix together apples, water, cinnamon and vanilla extract- Stir continuously until applesauce has come to the consistency you desire. About 8-10 minutes for my chunky applesauce
