After attending the International Boston Seafood Show, I ended up with a freezer full of lobster. Not the worst situation I've been in! Even so, I am not used to frozen lobster and decided it would need a few ingredients to spice it up, as opposed to fresh lobster which I prefer simply steamed and dipped in butter.
What's in the fridge:
- 2 cooked lobsters
- 1 heaping spoonful of sour cream
- 2 TBSP caesar salad dressing
- 1/2 TBSP paprika
- a few dashes dried chives
Directions:
- Shuck lobsters (
here's how)

Lobster Salad |
These were small lobsters... better for an appetizer than a main meal. It would also be great served over a bed of lettuce.
Bon Appetit!
